Everything you need to know about SSIPTV — Samsung & LG setup, pricing, free trial, refunds, and M3U URLs.
Getting Started with SSIPTV
New here? These three answers explain what SSIPTV actually is, how it relates to the free Simple Smart IPTV app you may have seen in your TV's app store, and where we stand on the legal question. Read these first and the rest of this page will make more sense.
SSIPTV is a premium IPTV subscription with 24,000+ live TV channels and 180,000+ movies and series on demand. It works with the third-party Simple Smart IPTV player on Samsung Tizen and LG WebOS smart TVs, and with our official SSIPTV Android app on Firestick, Android TV, and Android phones. One prepay code unlocks every device.
Simple Smart IPTV is a free empty player — it does nothing until you paste a playlist URL. SSIPTV is the paid subscription content (channels, movies, EPG) that fills that player. They are different things: Simple Smart IPTV is the cup, SSIPTV is the coffee.
SSIPTV is a streaming subscription service operating in compliance with applicable laws. We don't host or broadcast content — we deliver it under licensing arrangements. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with local laws.
Devices and Setup
Setup is the number one reason people arrive at this page, so the step-by-step answers come first, followed by a compatibility check for each device family. Every walkthrough links back to the full setup guide, which carries screenshots for each step.
Open the Samsung Galaxy Store on your TV and search for "Simple Smart IPTV" (also listed as "SS IPTV"). Install the free app, open it, and go to Settings → Playlist → External Playlist. Paste the M3U URL we email you after your trial or order, save, and your channels load. The whole job takes about 5 minutes and needs no extra hardware. Screenshots for every step are in the setup guide, and our smart IPTV page explains how the app and subscription work together on Samsung sets.
Open the LG Content Store, search "SS IPTV" (Simple Smart IPTV), and install the free app. Open it, go to the playlist settings, and paste the M3U URL from your SSIPTV email. Save and the channel list appears. It is tested on WebOS 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 22 and 23, and most people finish in about 5 minutes. The setup guide has screenshots, and our smart TV page covers LG models in more detail.
On your Firestick, install the free Downloader app from the Amazon store, open it, and enter the aftv.news code we email with your trial or order — that downloads our SSIPTV Android app. You can also sideload the APK directly. Open the app, enter your prepay code, and start streaming. Allow about 10 minutes the first time. The full walkthrough is in the setup guide.
Install the SSIPTV Android app on your phone or tablet using the download we email with your trial or order, open it, and enter your prepay code. The same code also works on your TV devices, so you can watch in the living room and pick up on your phone later. Setup takes about 5 minutes — see the setup guide.
On Samsung and LG smart TVs, most customers are watching within about 5 minutes: install Simple Smart IPTV, paste your M3U URL, done. Firestick takes a little longer the first time — around 10 minutes — because you install the Downloader app first. Android TV and Android phones are back to roughly 5 minutes. If anything takes longer, contact support and we will walk you through it.
Yes, via the free third-party Simple Smart IPTV player. Open the Samsung Galaxy Store on your TV, search "Simple Smart IPTV" or "SS IPTV", install it, then paste the M3U URL we email you after purchase. No streaming stick or extra hardware required. Full walkthrough in our Setup Guide.
Yes. Open the LG Content Store, search "SS IPTV" (Simple Smart IPTV), install the free app, and paste the M3U URL from your SSIPTV email. Tested on WebOS 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 22 and 23. See the setup guide for screenshots.
Yes. Install our SSIPTV Android app using the free Downloader app (enter our aftv.news code — we email it with your trial or order) or sideload the APK directly. Enter your prepay code and stream.
Yes. The SSIPTV Android app is published for Android TV and works on Nvidia Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, Xiaomi Mi Box, and any certified Google TV device.
No — the SSIPTV native app is Android-only, and Samsung/LG compatibility requires Simple Smart IPTV which isn't available on iOS or Apple TV. If you own Apple devices, the simplest fix is to attach a cheap Fire TV Stick to your TV and stream through our app on that. We'd rather be honest than sell you something that won't work.
No — Roku doesn't permit the sideloaded players IPTV requires. Again: the honest fix is an inexpensive Fire TV Stick or Android TV box plugged into your TV's HDMI. Our Android app runs perfectly on both.
Channels, Content and the TV Guide
What you actually get to watch: the size and shape of the lineup, picture quality, the on-screen guide, and sport. The full list lives on the channels page — these are the answers people ask for most.
The lineup carries 24,000+ live TV channels from the US, UK, Canada, Europe, MENA, Asia and Latin America, plus 180,000+ movies and series on demand. Sports, news, movies, kids and international channels are all in the same subscription. Browse the full breakdown on the channels page, and check tonight's live events if sport is what you are after.

Yes. Full electronic program guide with "now playing" and "next up" for every channel, visible inside Simple Smart IPTV on Samsung/LG and inside our Android app on Firestick/Android TV.
Yes — NFL (including RedZone), NBA (with NBA TV and regional sports networks), MLB, NHL, UFC, Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, WWE, boxing and more. See tonight's live games.
The Free Trial
The trial is how most subscribers start. These answers cover how long it runs, what it includes, and how to request it. Everything trial-related is owned by the free trial page.
The trial is the full service, not a cut-down sample: the complete lineup of 24,000+ live channels, the 180,000+ movies and series library, and the program guide. It runs for a full 24 hours, which is enough time to test it on your own TV in the evening and again the next day. No credit card is required. Details and the request form are on the free trial page.
Go to the free trial page and send the request. We email back your trial details — the M3U URL for Samsung and LG setups, or the app download and prepay code for Firestick, Android TV and Android. Then follow the setup guide for your device and you will be watching within minutes. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then contact us.
Plans, Billing and Your Account
How plans are structured, what happens when one ends, and how refunds work. Current prices always live on the pricing page — we do not quote figures here because the grid there is the single source of truth.
Depends on your plan. We offer 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 simultaneous connection plans. One prepay code works across every device you own — the connection limit just caps how many can stream at the same moment.
A device is anything you install on — your Samsung TV, Firestick, phone and tablet can all hold the app at once, and one prepay code works on every device you own. A connection is one stream playing at the same moment. Plans come with 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 simultaneous connections, so the right plan depends on how many screens your household watches at the same time, not how many devices you have. Compare them on the pricing page.
It depends on the duration and the number of simultaneous connections you choose — plans run 1, 3, 6 or 12 months with 1 to 5 connections, and longer durations work out cheaper per month. The current price grid is always on the pricing page, and the 24-hour free trial lets you test everything before you spend anything.
Plans do not auto-renew, so renewing simply means buying the next duration on the pricing page when your current plan ends — many customers move to a longer duration once they know the service suits them. To change the number of connections, pick the plan that fits and we will issue your updated access. If your current plan is still active, contact us first so we can line the change up with your expiry date.
Plans don't auto-renew — each plan is a one-time purchase for the duration you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There's nothing to cancel. If you're unhappy within 30 days of purchase, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. Email help@ssiptv.org within 30 days of purchase. Full terms: refund policy.
Yes. Email help@ssiptv.org with "Reseller Inquiry" in the subject and we'll send you the reseller pricing sheet and credentials.
Troubleshooting and Help
Something not playing? Work through these answers before you write in — most issues are fixed in a couple of minutes. If not, support is one message away on the contact page.
An M3U URL is a web address that points to your personal playlist of channels. After you pay (or sign up for the free trial), we email you an M3U URL. Open Simple Smart IPTV on your Samsung/LG TV, go to Settings → Playlist → External Playlist, paste the URL, save. Done.
This is nearly always one of three things. First, re-paste the M3U URL exactly as it appears in your email — a missing character or a stray space at the end breaks it. Second, fully close Simple Smart IPTV and re-open it so it fetches the list again. Third, restart your TV and router. If the list still will not load, email help@ssiptv.org with your TV model and a screenshot — the contact page explains what to include — and we will pinpoint the cause.
First try restarting your TV/device and your router. If the problem persists, email help@ssiptv.org with your device model and the channel/time — we'll diagnose within 30 minutes. Most buffering issues are local (Wi-Fi signal, router placement) and we'll help you fix them.
Yes. Most customers don't need one, but SSIPTV works fine through any reputable VPN. Avoid free VPNs — they're usually rate-limited and will throttle your stream.
